Website Privacy Notice
Effective October 19, 2026
This notice explains how
Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website, nomaxion.com. Use of the
application at app.nomaxion.com and our mobile apps is covered by the separate Platform Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the information you choose to provide: company name, your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, team size, and message. We do not collect payment information on this website. Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use demo-request information only to respond to your request, schedule and deliver a demo, and follow up about that request. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing email lists without your express consent. Any commercial email we send will identify us and include a working unsubscribe option.
Consent
By submitting the demo request form, you consent to this collection and use. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking. Links to the App Store, Google Play, and app.nomaxion.com take you to sites governed by their own privacy policies.
Sharing and storage
We share demo-request information only with service providers that host this website, store its data, and deliver email on our behalf, under obligations to protect it. These providers may store or process information outside your province or country, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
Retention and security
We keep demo-request information only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, or as required by law, and we delete it on request. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Canada's PIPEDA, Alberta's PIPA, Quebec's Law 25, and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to know how it is used. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request or raise a concern, contact us below. You may also contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.
